His current role entails providing thought leadership and strong impetus to the organization to achieve transformational growth in related businesses. He is responsible for the finance vertical of the group companies with particular focus on financial resourcing and controls. He has over 12 years of experience in areas encompassing Strategic & Financial Planning, Investment Structuring, Financial Management & Control, Profitability & Cost Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, Business Process Design & Re-engineering, Contract Negotiation and Strategic Alliances, Financial Due Diligence, Taxation & Risk Assurance and Advisory.

Prior to this, Shwet was Director - Finance at Millennium Spire, India where he was responsible for the overall financial management and operations for the Asset Management Business in Singapore and Investment Advisory arm along with the 7 Investee Companies in India. From 1999 to 2004 he worked with Ernst & Young, India in Audit & Risk Assurance Services and Global Tax Advisory Services Group. In 2004, he joined American Express in India as Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis, for their Foreign Exchange Services post which he moved to Corporate Travel Business as the Lead Financial Officer responsible for setting up the Business Finance function.

Shwet is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
