Kamlesh is the founder member and Vice Chairman of Sravanthi Group. He is a versatile entrepreneur with multi industry experience and a very strong track record of successfully building start up ventures and turning it around towards exponential growth trajectory; an engaging leader, who achieves quality outcomes and sustainable success by effectively engaging at all levels within the organization. He creates change by driving culturally empathic strategies to build organizational cohesion leading to step change performance levels across businesses.

He got into entrepreneurship mode at early stage of his career and was responsible for pan India operations for the family run businesses primarily in ship breaking, manufacturing of chemical dyes and ferrous & non-metal import and export from India. He was responsible for radical transformation of the key businesses leading to revenues doubling up for consecutive 5 years. During his tenure, he also established new manufacturing units to propel highly diversified business units with large scale operations. Further, building on his diversification strategy, in 2009, Kamlesh partnered with D V Rao and promoted Sravanthi Group. He has broad based the network within the Group through his credentials with various financial institutions and government bodies and added a lot of impetus on public relations.
